The City Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 27th to consider adoption of the Independence Transportation System Plan (TSP) Update. The TSP Update along with all previous technical memos that provide background information and support are provided under Project Documents. The meeting will include a brief presentation by the project consultants followed by discussion of TSP Update. The meeting is open to the public.
