June 2013 NCUTCD Preliminary Meeting Information - Portland, ME
Date and Location
The 2013 Summer Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held June 26–28, 2013, at the Holiday Inn By the Bay Hotel in Portland, Maine.
Agenda
A final agenda for the meeting will be posted on the NCUTCD website later. As usual, the Technical Committees will be meeting during the afternoon and evenings of Wednesday and Thursday and the NCUTCD Council will meet Thursday and Friday mornings.
Registration Information
Registration fees for the meeting will be $140 early and $190 late. Detailed information and registration forms will be posted later.
Hotel Information
Room rates at Holiday Inn by the Bay will be $135.00 single or double. The hotel provides complimentary high speed internet service throughout the hotel and meeting rooms, a fitness center, free parking and van service to and from the airport. Transportation
The hotel is located within walking distance of downtown Portland and the bay. It is just 3 miles from the Portland International Airport and the hotel offers free shuttle service.
