Crook County Transportation System Plan

An update to the County's Transportation System Plan was prepared by Kittelson & Associates, Inc. and Angelo Planning Group and adopted by the Crook County Court on November 1st, 2017. The final adopted documents can be found in the Documents section of this website.

All Oregon cities and counties are required to have a TSP and update it every 10 years. Through this effort, and with your help, we identified the best ways to build upon our existing system and make smart future investments that increase choice for getting around.

The project resulted in a complete update of the Crook County TSP. This undertaking included:

• Technical analysis by the consultant team;
• Project oversight by the county staff and the ODOT Contract Project Manager;
• Guidance from the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and Project Advisory Committee (PAC); and
• Public input and feedback received through various forums.
