St. Helens Riverfront Connector Plan

The St. Helens Riverfront Connector Plan will provide cohesive, multi-modal, inviting travel from US 30 to the waterfront redevelopment area for vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians. The Plan will complete the City's business loop planning concept included in the US 30 & Columbia Blvd./St. Helens Street Corredor Master Plan, adopted in 2015, and the City's Transportation System Plan, adopted in 2011.

St. Helens residents, workers and business owners will have a variety of opportunities to participate in this process, including through meetings with business owners, a citizens advisory committee and a series of community meetings.
