Lynn Walking and Bicycling Network Plan

The Lynn Walking and Bicycling Network Plan (the Network Plan) completed the second and final public workshop. Next steps are to:

• Complete the final report documenting the process and recommendations
• Refine the concept plans developed during Workshop #2

Community Workshop #2 was held November 13-15, 2018 in the City Hall Auditorium. Here is the final presentation with the recommended route for the Northern Strand from Western Avenue to the Lynn Shore & Nahant Beach Reservation.
